How GAIA25 handles your personal data.
Data controller
GAIA25 L.P. (GAIA25 Ε.Ε.), Parthenonos 25, Palaio Faliro, 17562, Athens, Greece. For any privacy matter, contact enquiries@gaia25.eu. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.
What we collect, and when
Email: if you write to enquiries@gaia25.eu, we receive your email address, your name as your email program sends it, and whatever you choose to write. Server logs: standard technical data your browser sends on every visit (IP address, browser type, timestamp and the pages requested), used to run the site securely. We collect nothing else, and we ask for no more than we need.
Analytics
We run no analytics on this site. No tool counts or follows your visits.
What we do not do
We run no advertising and no ad-tracking. We do no profiling and no automated decision-making. We never sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
Lawful basis
We answer the emails you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you. We keep server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in security and reliability.
Who processes your data
Providers that process data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements, are our hosting and content-delivery provider (Bunny.net, Slovenia) and our email provider (Papaki, Greece). We disclose your data to no one else.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and it runs no analytics. Any cookie the site may set is strictly necessary for it to function.
How long we keep it
We keep the emails you send us for up to 24 months after your request is closed. Server logs are kept for up to 3 days, for security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise any of these by writing to enquiries@gaia25.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA, www.dpa.gr).
Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If this policy changes, the current version will always be the one on this page.
